Terms of service

1. The service

Posecor is provided by Posecor (“we”, “us”). It shows an animated 3D muscle model to help you understand which body areas an exercise works. Signing in is required to use the 3D guide.

2. Not medical advice

Posecor is educational. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and does not replace advice from a qualified professional. Exercise carries risk; you use the information at your own risk. Stop if you feel pain and consult a professional.

3. Your account

Provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16.

4. What is included

Posecor is free to use at the moment. Ten of the most common exercises are open to every account; the rest of the library is locked. We may change which exercises are open, and we may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will tell you before anything changes and you will not be charged without choosing to buy. The Upgrade form lets you tell us what you would like to see; sending it does not create a purchase or any obligation on either side.

5. Acceptable use

Do not share your account, attempt to bypass access controls on locked content, copy our exercise data and written content, or disrupt the service. This does not limit what the open licence on the 3D muscle model allows (see section 6).

6. Intellectual property and third-party content

The Posecor software and content are ours or our licensors’. The 3D muscle model is from Z-Anatomy under CC BY-SA 4.0; that licence applies to that material regardless of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Posecor is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the service with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where Posecor is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live. EU consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform, where it is available.
