What this covers
Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) that the Posecor website places on your device. In the EU/EEA, anything that is not strictly necessary needs your prior consent (ePrivacy Directive and GDPR).
Strictly necessary storage
These do not need consent. They keep the site working and remember your choices on this device:

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and exercises are used, so that we can improve Posecor. No analytics cookie is set until you choose Accept. Before that, the Google tag runs in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode): it can send Google basic page-view pings that carry your IP address and browser details but use no cookie or identifier, and it stores nothing on your device. If you choose Reject, it stays in that mode.

Once you accept, Google receives your page address (without anything after a #), the page title, the page you came from, your browser, device and approximate location, and an identifier from the cookies above. We turn off Google signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not used for advertising. We keep Analytics data for 14 months. See the privacy policy for the legal basis and international transfers. We do not measure the sign-in link page or billing pages.
Changing your mind
Choose Cookie settings in the footer of any page to accept or reject again. Rejecting after you accepted stops measurement and deletes the Google cookies above.
Managing cookies
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in from working.
